Air Fryer Chicken Recipes to fry, grill and roast


Ingredients
·        250 gr of chicken liver
·        1 lemon
·        Garlic powder
·        Salt
·        Pepper
·        1 or 2 eggs
·        Breadcrumbs
·        Olive oil
Preparation
The livers are cleaned and cut in half. Drain and season with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let stand for a few minutes. It has a plate with a beaten egg and another with Breadcrumbs. Instructions

·        Olive oil
·        2 cloves of garlic
·        1/4 cup of Breadcrumbs
·        1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
·        Salt.
Preparation
Mix olive oil with crushed garlic and salt. Tap the breast and bathe with this mixture. In a separate bowl mix Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs. Pass the chicken several times. Coat the mold of the fryer with oil and place the breast. Fry for 10 - 15 minutes at 160ºC. Flip and finish frying. Serve up with rice, vegetables or steamed potatoes.
Ingredients
·        Chicken breasts.
·        1/2 cup olive oil
·        1/2 cup of dressing
·        3 spoonsful of English sauce.
·        1 tablespoon of rosemary
·         Salt
·         Lemon juice
·        1 teaspoon white vinegar
·        1/4 teaspoon black pepper
·        1 spoonful of white sugar
Preparation

Preparation

Preparation
Season the chicken with garlic and pepper. Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, place the chicken and let it rest for a while. Place a little oil on the Air Fryer and place the chicken. Fry for 10 - 15 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC. Flip the chicken and fry on the other side.



Crusted Chicken with Basil
Ingredients
·        2 chicken thighs without skin
·        2 Tbsp basil
·        1 egg
·        ¼ cup of whipped cream
·        ½ cup crushed cookies
·         ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
·        1 tablespoon garlic powder
·        Salt
·        Pepper
·        ¼ cup olive oil
Preparation
Chop the basil finely. Place the egg and thick cream in a bowl. In a separate bowl, place the seasonings with the salted cracker and mix well. Pass the chicken through the egg preparation and then the seasoning. Place a little oil on the Air Fryer and fry for 10 - 15 minutes at 180ºC. It is Served up and decorated with basil.



Baked Wings with Tartar
Ingredients
·        24 Chicken wings
·        6 Cloves of garlic, mashed
·        2 Tbs. Of English sauce
·        4 Tbs. Of wheat flour
·        1 cup of breadcrumbs

·        Salt and pepper
·        1 cup of mayonnaise
·        1 tablespoon Of capers
·        2 Hard eggs

·        6 Gherkins in pickles
·        1 tablespoon of parsley

Preparation

·        Extra virgin olive oil
·        Lemon juice
·        Garlic powder
Preparation
Place the chicken in a bowl. Season and add the garlic and lemon juice. Mix. Flour and place in the mold of the Air Fryer. Paint with olive oil and fry at 180ºC for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve up with a sauce of preference.
