Air Fryer Chicken snacks

  • 2 pre-cooked muffins
  • 1 chicken breast cut into two steaks.
  • Basil
  • Garlic and nuts to taste.
  • Lemon juice
  • Parmesan
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Grated mozzarella.
Process basil, garlic, walnuts, parmesan and lemon juice. Reserve up. Cut the cherry tomatoes. Coat the chicken with olive oil and add them to the Air Fryer, programming at 180ºC for 15 minutes. Missing 5 minutes flip the chicken. Reserve up. Place the tomatoes and muffins at 180ºC for 6 minutes. After 4 minutes, turn the muffins. Then Open longitudinally and add the basil, mozzarella mixture and add to the Air Fryer for 5 more minutes. Place the tomatoes on top and the chicken. Close and program the Air Fryer at 180ºC for 2 minutes. Serve up.

Chicken with Prunes

  • 4 thighs
  • 1cda cumin
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 cup chopped chives
  • 3 red chili peppers
  • 3 green chili
  • 2 tbsp of ginger
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • Laurel
  • 1 carrot in julienne
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of malt
  • 1 cup of plums

The breasts are salted, blended and fry in the Air Fryer for 10-15 minutes at 180ºC. Set aside in a pan, sauté the remaining ingredients and let stand. They are processed and a sauce is made. Serve up the chicken breast and bathe with the sauce. It is accompanied with rice or puree and vegetables.

Chicken Breast Fritters

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs (1 shake)
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
Place a pot of water with salt, pepper, and chicken on the fire. Once cooked, drain and let cool. Mix ½ cup of flour, 1 egg, oregano, oil, a little water, salt and pepper to taste.
