Rice with Stir
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of rice
  •  2 cups of water
  •  1 onion in small cubes
  •  Finely chopped onion
  •  Finely chopped garlic stalk
  •  3 finely cut peppers
  •  1 tablespoon of vinegar
  •  2 butter spoons
  •  3 beaten eggs
  •  Salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash the rice well. Place it in a pot with the water, salt and cook until ready. Sauté the onion, peppers, garlic, scallion, vinegar and salt pepper. Add the eggs and stir until set. Mix with the rice, Serve up hot.
Rice with Cabbage
Ingredients
  • 1Kg cooked rice
  •  Olive oil
  • 1 medium cut cabbage
  • 1Kg black pulp in cubes
  •  1 breast in cubes
  • ¼Kg cut capers
  •  ¼Kg sliced raisins
  •  ¼Kg stuffed olives
  •  1 pot of tomato paste
  •  4 finely chopped onions
  •  3 stalks of chopped celery
  •  ¾ cup of sugar
  • 5 chopped garlic
  •  ½ package of cut onion
  •  Salt and pepper
Preparation
Add in the mold of the Air Fryer programmed at 150ºC for 20 minutes. At 5 minutes add onion, garlic and sauté. After 5 minutes, add cabbage, and let the programming finish. Add the meat, chicken and mix well. Set at 160ºC for 10 minutes. Add paprika, celery, raisins, capers, chives, peppers, sugar, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well and program it at 180ºC for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes mix and cover with aluminum foil. Let the programming finish. In a bowl, mix the rice with the sauce and Serve up hot.
Compact Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of cooked rice
  •  Corn cream
  • 300g grated yellow cheese
  •  2 Finely chopped onions
  •  100g butter
  • 100g grated parmesan
  •  1 cup of milk cream
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
Sauté the onions. Add the onions, cream, and yellow cheese to the rice. Place butter in the mold of the Air Fryer. Pour a layer of rice mixture. Then a layer of corn cream, followed by another layer of rice. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. And program it at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Serve up hot with salad, alone or with meats.
Niyubita's Rice
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 potato slice
  • ½ onion in small cubes
  • 3 kinds of garlic, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 strips of vegan bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Hot water
  •  Salt
Preparation
First, in a saucepan, place oil and sauté the rice with 1 mashed garlic. Add 2 cups of hot water and let boil. Lower to a minimum heat and cover for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from the fire. In the mold of the Air Fryer add oil and sauté onion and garlic at 180ºC for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes and salt; Mix and fry at 180ºC for 5 - 8 minutes. Beat the eggs with salt and add to the potatoes. Cook at 180ºC for 10 - 15 minutes. In a pan fry the bacon until crispy. Add the rice and tortilla to the bacon. Mix everything and finish impregnating the flavors. Serve up.
Rice with Beans
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of steamed rice
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 finely chopped scallions
  • 2 finely sliced garlic joints
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 8 finely chopped peppers
  • 4 smoked chops in cubes
  •  1 can of corn
  • 4 cups of pigeon beans prepared and drained
  • Turmeric, salt
  •  3 garlic crushed
Preparation
Place a little olive oil programmed at 180ºC for 15 minutes in the mold of the Air Fryer. After 5 minutes add the chop, chives, garlic, onion, chili, garlic mix and sauté for 5 more minutes. Add the rice, stir and wait for the programming to finish. Add the broth, pigeon beans, corn, turmeric, salt, and mix. Schedule at 180ºC for 20 - 25 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and program it at 140ºC for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve up hot accompanied by banana chips.
